Mr Bill Mougios, the proprietor for the last 19 years, has recently renovated The Botany Bay Seafood Restaurant, transforming it into a contemporary locus of fine food, drinks and light entertainment. Choice murals by internationally renowned Australian Artist, Marcus Lindemann Walkley, enhance the modern air of the Restaurant with its unique history, while also paying tribute to the historic location.
